Oils on a wick are at their best for roughly 6–10 weeks, so use your kit within that window and keep it cool and dark between sessions — a fresh kit is always a quick reorder away.
How to use Smell one tube at a time, gently, for about 20 seconds, twice a day — morning and night. Take your time with each one; try to place the scent and where you know it from. Work with one set for 4–6 weeks, then rotate to the next. A calm, consistent daily practice is the whole point; the oils are simply your tools.
