All digital product sales (courses, guides, reference materials) are final due to the nature of digital delivery. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at jamie@jwsflavor.com and we will resolve it promptly.

CONSULTING SERVICES

Cancellation more than 24 hours before your session: Full refund or reschedule. Cancellation less than 24 hours before your session: No refund; reschedule at our discretion. No-show: Session is forfeited with no refund.

Q: How do consulting sessions work? A: After purchase, you'll receive an email to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) or phone, depending on your preference.

Q: How quickly can I book a session? A: Most sessions can be scheduled within 3-5 business days of purchase. If you have an urgent need, mention it in your scheduling email and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Q: What should I prepare for a consulting session? A: For a Quick Consult, have your specific question or challenge ready. For a Deep Dive, it helps to share any relevant formulations, briefs, or background materials in advance so we can make the most of our time.

Q: Can I record the session? A: Yes, with mutual agreement. Let me know in advance if you'd like to record.

Q: What's included in the Oral Care Fundamentals course? A: The course includes a 34-slide illustrated reference deck, video walkthroughs of every section, ingredient reference tables, and email support for questions. You receive lifetime access to all materials.

Q: I purchased the course but can't access it. What do I do? A: Check your email (including spam folder) for the delivery email from Fourthwall. If you still can't access it, email jamie@jwsflavor.com and I'll get it sorted within 24 hours.

Q: Do you offer custom pricing for startups or small brands? A: I'm happy to discuss scope and pricing for ongoing advisory relationships. Use the contact form or email me to start a conversation.
